Custom & Personalized Orders

All personalized items are created exactly as entered at checkout.

Please double-check spelling, dates, capitalization, and punctuation before submitting your order.

Bel & Co. is not responsible for errors entered by the customer during the ordering process.
 - 
Returns or refunds are only accepted if there is a mistake on our part (such as engraving different from what was submitted, or a product defect).
 
Non-Custom Items

For non-personalized products, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
 - 
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
 
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or with an error made by us, please contact us at [your email] within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.
