At Bel & Co., each item is custom made with thoughtful engraving and attention to detail. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. Please review the information below:

Custom & Personalized Orders

  • All personalized items are created exactly as entered at checkout.

  • Please double-check spelling, dates, capitalization, and punctuation before submitting your order.

  • Bel & Co. is not responsible for errors entered by the customer during the ordering process.

  • Returns or refunds are only accepted if there is a mistake on our part (such as engraving different from what was submitted, or a product defect).

Non-Custom Items

  • For non-personalized products, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or with an error made by us, please contact us at [your email] within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.

  • We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once a return is received and approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, you may return the item and place a new order.
