Processing Time

  • All personalized and engraved orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

  • During peak holiday seasons, please allow an extra 2–3 days.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking once your order has shipped.

Shipping Carriers

  • We currently ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  • Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard shipping is calculated at checkout.

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $50 (U.S. only).

  • Local pickup in Brentwood, CA is available at no cost.

Order Tracking
Once your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your order’s journey.

International Shipping

  • At this time, we only ship within the U.S.
